What does that really mean?
It means you don't have to figure it all out alone.
If your days are packed, your hands are full, or you just want to skip the tagging overwhelm, we've got you. Here's how it works:
1. You gather.
Set aside the items your little one has outgrown or no longer uses: clothes, gear, toys, books.
2. You drop off.
Our VIP Processor handles the rest: entering, tagging, hanging, and delivering your items to the event.
3. You choose.
Want your unsold items discounted on half-off day? Want to donate leftovers or get them back? It's your call.
And just like that, you're part of the event-without lifting a finger beyond gathering.
📬 You'll still earn 35% of what sells, and your earnings will arrive straight to your inbox after the event.
🕊️ It's the easiest way to pass on your treasures-because even when time is tight, your heart is still generous.

How Do I Keep Track Of What's Selling?
Once the event begins, you'll be able to see which of your items are selling in real time through the Rhea Lana's app. It's like watching your outgrown treasures find new homes, one tag at a time. ✨ BONUS? You can even track how much consignor credit you're earning as the event unfolds.
How Do I Deliver Items to A VIP Processor?
Once you read and fill out the Google Form stating that you understand the rules for being a VIP Consignor, you will be directed to a Sign-Up Genius page. You will sign up for a Date and Time to drop off your items. Items must be dropped off at the storage location within the specific time for which you sign up. All items must be dropped off in boxes or plastic storage totes. Please label any plastic totes and boxes clearly with your name. Boxes and Totes/Tubs WILL NOT be returned to you!
What do I have to provide other than my items that I want to consign?
You are required to provide plastic clothes hangers for all of your clothing items. Please use children's hangers for clothing sized NB to 4T, and adult hangers for 5T and above. We will have all of the supplies used to prep your items for consignment. Once you drop off your items and hangers, your work is done!

What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?

The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.
Why am I charged a supply fee?
All consignors supply their own consignor supplies. Your VIP processor is using their personal supplies to prep your items for our event. The supply fee that you are charged will go to your VIP processor to cover the cost of the supplies that they are using.
How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?
You will receive the passes either by mail, or hand delivered by my Processor before the events starts!
How Do I Pick Up My Check?
Your Consignor check will be sent to you in an email for you to print at home. Please ensure your email address on file is one that is checked regularly.
